Refund policy

All Rentals, Entertainment or Advertising agreements and any services provided by Cyber Connect LLC are final.

If your refund is accepted, we’ll send you a confirmation, as well as instructions on how and when you will receive the refund. Refunds will be determined on a case to case basis and are not guaranteed.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your notice if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund, please contact us at cyberconnect-2024@outlook.com.
